What happens if it rains?

We know many people have limited time here in Hawaii to experience a Luau. For this reason, the Luau runs in rain or shine. Our reservations department will contact you if there is a cancellation due to weather. See cancellation policy.

Can I use my admission to Sea Life Park before my luau?

You can use your included admission to Sea Life Park within 1 year of your Luau date. Your admission tickets to Sea Life Park will be included with your Luau confirmation email. Admission is non-transferrable.

Can I sit with someone in a separate reservation?

If you have a group who has booked separately, please email us at or call us at (808) 926-3800 to submit a request to be sat together as soon as you can after the reservations are made. Depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate this request so if you have a large group it's always a good idea to book under one reservation.

Disabilities or Special Accommodations

Our goal is to make all of our guests comfortable! If you require special accommodations, have a wheelchair or have any other special requests - please contact us at (808) 926-3800 at least 48 hours in advance of your Luau date. Sea Life Park and the Luau grounds are ADA accessible.

How do I book with my Go Oahu Card(s)?

To book Ka Moana Luau as a premium attraction with your Go Oahu Card, please call our reservations department at (808) 926-3810 with your card numbers handy. Must have a 3, 5, or 7 day Pass that includes a premium attraction.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must go through Ka Moana Luau. No cash surrender unless at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of cancellation is given. No-Shows and cancellations received within a twenty-four (24) hour period are subject to the entire activity cost and processing fees. No same day cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations on behalf of Ka Moana Luau will result in full refunds.
